The Bishops of England and Wales are holding a National Eucharistic Pilgrimage and Congress in Liverpool from 7-9th September 2018.

Eucharistic Congresses are gatherings of clergy, religious and laity which promote an awareness of the
central place of the Eucharist in the life and mission of the Church. The keynote speaker is Bishop Robert Barron, visit his website: wordonfire.org/.

The Derby Deanery is running a coach from St Mary’s, Derby to Liverpool on Saturday 8th September The cost of the congress ticket is £40 and the coach fare will be £14. Deacon Chris Blunt is coordinating this coach.
