Children's Liturgy Group

We meet at 10am Mass every Sunday (except during summer school holidays)

Note for Parents

Children who are part of the liturgy group go directly into the parish centre before the 10.00am Mass. Children's Liturgy follows a form similar to that of Mass; Prayers, singing, readings and then activities to help understand the readings.

The children lead the offertory procession into the Mass, presenting the gifts for the Mass and their own work. It is usual for one or more of the children to say a short word about what they have learnt.

Children who are part of the liturgy group are likely to enjoy coming to Mass more. Parents are able to participate more effectively in Sunday Mass

If your child hasn't been to the group before please take a few minutes to introduce them to the leaders.
