Great website! I remember polishing the pews when the church was in a tin hut! I was also a pupil at St Alban's school on the day it opened and their second May Queen (I still remember that day). My parents and I were parishioners for over 50 years until the death of my mother Phyl Wright in 1999. I now attend Our Lady of Lourdes at Mickleover. Many happy memories!

Mr Administrator, just to say you've done a great job on this new website. Many thanks. I hope this latest addition of a Guestbook provides another means for parishioners and friends to exchange news and views, for example, about church events and group activities. It will be interesting to see how it is used.
